This position will assist in the development of sales and marketing initiatives and is primarily responsible for increasing the awareness of the Ponderosa brand and increasing penetration in targeted communities.
Other responsibilities include sales support, training, product development and community relations activities.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES DAILY Promotes the Ponderosa brand by attending community events, direct outreach, special projects as directed Works with other departments and personnel to develop campaigns, plan, measure and monitor KPI performance.
Manage ins and outputs of CRM and act as administrator of digital sales campaigns Management of social media and other forms of digital outreach Administers the development of advertising and promotional materials Serve as the primary community relations contact in all exchanges in CA exchanges Execute Internal Sales Recognition Program Execute Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Programs Evaluate existing product portfolio for performance, enhancements or new applications Execute Marketing budget Understands and accepts the necessity for reporting to work, on time, and is ready and able to perform the duties and responsibilities.
Administer customer notifications and sales based opportunities Proactive involvement in the Company's Safety Program, including compliance with all rules and regulations, and for continuously practicing safety while performing their duties PERIODIC Assist in the development of the annual Marketing Plan Develop Internal Sales Recognition Program Develop and produce internal company newsletter Develop internal product guides and other copywriting as assigned Develop Ponderosa websites and portals Evaluate new products Develop plan for the launch of new products Compile and analyze company performance data Prepare weekly and monthly Marketing reports Prepare appropriate product analysis to support the product promotion tariff Participate in tariff development for new and existing products Perform research to develop product market share forecasts Perform research to assist in the development of the Marketing Budget Conduct sales training for internal staff Conduct product training for internal staff Analyze various reports and prepare recommendations Attend various technical, marketing and industry seminars and training courses Represent the department in various Company meetings Represent the Company in various community and industry meetings or speaking engagements List of principal accountabilities is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary KEY PERFORMANCE FACTORS ACHIEVING RESULTS Applies knowledge of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Advertising TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and desktop publishing Superior presentation, written and analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignment simultaneously Experience with information systems, consumer marketing and sales training WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum five years marketing experience, preferably with telecommunication services or products Demonstrated ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS GENERAL OFFICE CONDITIONS Exposure to an air-conditioned/heated office environment with exposure to low noise levels from office equipment and voices.
