This role will involve a combination of administrative duties and basic technical support tasks, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Access to highly sensitive documents, materials and conversations required strict confidentiality as a part of this position.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Administrative Support:
oManage the IT department's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
oMaintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for IT documentation, including contracts, licenses, and user manuals.
oAssist in the preparation and distribution of IT-related reports, presentations, and documentation.
oHandle incoming inquiries and correspondence, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
oCoordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
oInterface with vendor service and support infrastructure as directed.
Technical Support:
oMonitor IT inventory levels and coordinate procurement requests for hardware, software, and supplies.
oProvide basic level 1 technical assistance to internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral equipment including printers, copiers, and scanner issues.
oDocument and escalate technical issues to the appropriate IT personnel for resolution.
oAssist in the setup and configuration of computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
oAssist in maintain accurate records of the Companies equipment assets managed by IS.
oAssist in maintaining accurate records of software licensing and maintain software license renewals.
Communication and Collaboration:
oServe as a liaison between the IT department and other departments within the organization.
oCommunicate effectively with internal users to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.
oCollaborate with IT team members to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.
oKeep stakeholders informed of IT projects, initiatives, and upcoming changes.
Compliance and Security:
oAssist in maintaining compliance with relevant IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
oSupport IT security efforts by adhering to established protocols and assisting with user access management.
oParticipate in IT audits and assist in the implementation of remediation actions as needed.
Other:
oProactive involvement in the Company's Safety Program, including compliance with all rules and regulations, and for continuously practicing safety while performing assigned duties.

WORK EXPERIENCE o1 year as a staff associate, staff clerk, administrative assistant, or similar position, in a service industry environment, where duties correspond with the essential and periodic functions of this position.
